Today was a cool. Darlene and I went to the gym, but neither of us felt like it. I was fine to stay in bed, so I called her to see if she was up, she wasn’t. She asked me if I was up. I wasn’t. We paused, and then she said, “Let’s get up and go,” so we did. It was a fair workout, but at least we went. I did really well with my meals today, well, except for the Wavy Lays chips! It wasn’t a lot of them, but I read how much a serving was in calories and fat, and realized why it’s not a good idea to eat them. For 500-600 calories of chips, I could have a Big Mac or some White Castles. It doesn’t make sense to waste calories on potato chips, just like it doesn’t make sense to eat Big Macs and White Castles, so I’m going to steer clear of them all. I can really tell how eating my planned meals help me lose weight, and not just lose, but I actually feel better. I have more energy, and don’t feel stuffed. I’m going to stick with healthy eating!
