Today was a scattered day, I didn’t eat anything on time. I ate everything I intended to, (except the Garrette’s popcorn I shared with others. I was out and about, but took some trail mix with me in case I got hungry, and I always take a bottle of water with me. I’ve packed up lunch for tomorrow and breakfast and dinner are already done, just need to heat. It’s a busy day, gym, work, Bible Study, but the good thing is, I won’t have t think about or wonder what I am going to eat—it’s all planned out. I did some walking.
Since I published my “before” pics, I’ve been thinking about the reason I didn’t like pictures, and am thanking God for helping me see that in order to be whole and healthy, I have to be willing to look at myself, check out what damage has been done so I’ll know what work I have to do. I’ve started doing it physically, but it’s also causing me to check in all areas of my life. It won’t be any good to be healthy, but not be in the best possible place to enjoy my good health. So I’m going to start cleaning—literally. I’m going to get rid of things I don’t need or don’t use—physically and spiritually.
