Today was an okay day. I was really lazy. I layed around most of the day, and then did some chores. I didn’t plan out my meals for the day very well though. I did okay with eating, but took in a few more calories than I should have—I was just lazy. I went to go wash, and had set my mind on getting some Chinese food or some Lee’s fried chicken. I thought about all those calories and fat and decided that neither was a good idea, so I stopped at Quick Trip and got a sandwich and some mandarin oranges. The sandwich had thick slices of bread, so I took as much of it off as I could. I didn’t do so well with the fountain soda, I drank a 52 ounce Sprite—it was good! The one thing I did well with meals was to plan for dinner. I’d forgotten about a dinner gathering. Now, these things can be tricky because you never know what may be on the menu. Luckily, it was a relatively healthy meal, so I wasn’t too far off track. Usually, when I have things like that to do, I plan my meals for the day so that I have a lot of calories to eat at dinner, and then make sure that I am careful not to eat too much, especially of the wrong things. But, all in all, I did ok, didn’t go too far off. Tomorrow, it’s the gym at 7 and meals I’ve planned.
